Cộng Đồng NVQG/Hoa Kỳ Lên Tiếng Với Cơ Quan Tư Pháp Và Luật Gia Texas
Sau hơn 2 năm dai dẳng, dù biết vụ kiện không có cơ sở, bà Nancy Bùi và luật sư Brian Turner vẫn đeo đuổi để quấy nhiễu ông Đỗ Văn Phúc, một thành viên của CĐNVQGHK. Mục đích là khủng bố tinh thần nhằm ngăn chặn những người tranh đấu lên tiếng về những kẻ cơ hội làm ăn với VC, gián tiếp giúp đỡ VC về kinh tế.
Hội Đồng Chấp Hành của CĐNVQG Hoa Kỳ đă buộc phải lên tiếng với Bộ Trưởng Tư Pháp Tiểu Bang Texas và các cơ quan, hội đồng Luật để tố giác việc luật sư Brian Turner dai dẳng quấy rối ông Phúc. Trong thư, HDCH phân tích việc những người Quốc gia chống Cộng đang bị CS dùng người cảm t́nh của chúng và tiền bạc để triệt hạ, như đă và đang xảy ra các vụ kiện lớn tại Dallas, Austin, Washington DC, Seattle....

Dear Honorable Attorney General:
On behalf of The Vietnamese American Community of USA, I would like to bring to your attention the continued harassment of Mr. Michael Do by Ms. Nancy Bui’s counselor, Mr. Brian Turner.
Contrary to Mr. Brian Turner’s attempt to paint a freedom activist in an unfavorable light, Mr. Michael Do is an upright citizen. He is a respected figure and popular writer in the Vietnamese community worldwide. He has devoted his life to fighting against Communism both in Vietnam and abroad. As evidence of his popularity, support for him has been pouring in since the beginning of this absurd lawsuit. Three legal defense funds were
established, hundreds of articles supporting him were published in the Vietnamese media, and numerous favorable comments were posted throughout the web forums.
Our view of Mr. Michael Do’s character is in line with the content of his wife’s letter to your office regarding the matter at hand.
There are plausible explanations that can shed light into the reasons behind the harassment of Mr. Michael Do, and to similar lawsuits against other freedom activists in our communities over the years.
While the Vietnamese Americans are struggling to bring about freedom and democracy for Vietnam, the Vietnamese Communist government, through its agents and sympathizers, continues to conduct campaigns aimed at tarnishing our integrity. They attempt to silence the voice of the community leaders and those who are brave enough to expose their attempts. The main objective of theirs is to weaken our resolves in order to influence and take control of our communities.
In recent years, there have been more than half a dozen lawsuits against our community leaders and media in the United States alone. We believe that the plaintiffs’ ultimate goal is not to win the cases, but to harass and terrorize us into submission for fear of financial ruins. Most of the plaintiffs are people who, directly or indirectly, through political or economic means, have supported or collaborated with the Vietnamese Communist regime.
It is our belief that people of legal profession like Mr. Brian Turner should utilize their knowledge and experience to help the innocent and preserve justice. Instead, though knowing for sure that his client’s accusations were baseless (“…Judge Yelenovski said that there were no evidences of what his client had accused1…”), Mr. Brian Turner continues to go after Mr. Michael Do so long as he gets paid. Now is the time to stop this unscrupulous practice!
Mr. Do has suffered harassment for more than two years simply for exercising his right to freedom of speech and expression. All he wanted is the peace of mind and time to contribute to a noble cause, rather than wasting time and energy dealing with false accusations.
[B]As President of the Board of Executives of The Vietnamese American Community of USA, I would like to relay to you our community’s relentless support of Mr. Michael Do, and ask for your help in ending Mr. Brian Turner’s harassment.

Nếu cho rằng tôi nói như thế là nói suông, vậy tôi xin đưa ra một h́nh ảnh sống như sau:
Ls Liếm: Tên này có văn pḥng luật tại SJ, nhưng cũng v́ ế ẩm quá, không đủ tiền lo chi phí sinh hoạt, sẵn với cái bản tách hèn và nhỏ mọn nên chạy đi t́m "phân" qua các trung gian của việt cộng. Có vay th́ có trả, và chính nó trả ơn việt cộng bằng cách "đánh phá" những người Việt tị nạn cs trên đất Hoakỳ. Tên này chỉ đáng xách giầy cho anh em David Rác và cọ pḥng tắm cho MA mà thôi.
C̣n nếu cho rằng bọn chúng là Địa chỉ "ĐỎ" hạt giống nằm vùng th́ hoàn toàn không đúng v́ những kẻ nằm vùng có mùi "viêt cộng", c̣n bọn chúng có mùi "việt gian". Nên chúng biết thân, biết phận không dám trở về VN sống với bè đảng csvn. Cái bài học cho chúng nó là "tụi cách mạng 30 tháng tư" c̣n được mấy nghoe????
