Nhà tù của 'công an nhân dân' ở Berlin

... "Nhận tội (confession) là thứ họ phải đạt được bất kể mạng sống của người bị bắt ra sao, vì nó chứng tỏ nhà cầm quyền đúng, và việc bắt giữ là đúng đắn ngay từ phút đầu".

Bị bắt tức là có tội.

Lời nhận tội là "bằng chứng" quan trọng nhất trước tòa án.

Hệ thống chính trị trên nguyên tắc không thể nào sai vì nó đến từ một lý thuyết ưu việt, lại là tất yếu lịch sử, nên phải đúng bằng mọi giá.

Và bao nhiêu người bị hành hạ trong những buồng giam kinh hoàng này để chứng minh rằng nhà nước Đông Đức đúng.

Nhưng cuối cùng thì nhà nước đó đã bị tan rã, chứng tỏ nó sai ngay từ phút đầu như mọi dự án chính trị thiếu nhân tính khác ...

Nhà tù của cộng sản Đông Âu ngày xưa còn khắc nghiệt hơn nhà tù của CHXHCNVN bây giờ.

Vậy mà không cản được cuộc cách mạng 1989 .


Để có được cuộc cách mạng trong hoà bình, ngươì dân các quôc´gia Đông Âu đã kiên trì tranh đâú nhiêù năm trươc´ đó và vận động toàn dân, kể cả vận động quân đội và công an, để họ không băn´ vào đồng bào của họ.

Trong khi báo chí cũng như truyền thông Nhà nươc´ cộng sản luôn bêu rêú và phỉ báng các nhà dân chủ nêú như băt´được họ .

Cái trò cho truyền thông Nhà nươc´ cộng sản phỉ báng các nhà dân chủ và ép họ phải nhận tội xin khoan hồng để chưng´ minh trươc´ công chúng là Nhà nươc´ có lý thì cộng sản VN cũng học từ cộng sản Đông Âu ngày xưa.

Có ngươì chịu không nổi áp lực, phải nhận tội xin khoan hồng, có ngươì thì không, tuy nhiên đã nhiêù ngươì dân chủ Đông Âu phải hy sinh ngôi tù cho tơí khi có cách mạng.

Merkel recalls "brutal" Communism at GDR prison

German Chancellor Angela Merkel urged people Tuesday not to forget the brutality of Communist East Germany when she visited the former prison of the Stasi secret police. As Germany marks the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Merkel said it was crucial for young people to gain a sense of how human rights were violated in Stasi prisons.

"This memorial makes clear in an authentic setting in what brutal ways the dignity of human beings was damaged, and how lives were destroyed and torn apart for trivial reasons," Merkel said during a visit to the Hohenschoenhausen prison.
Merkel, a trained physicist who grew up in the German Democratic Republic or East Germany, became the first chancellor from the former GDR in 2005.
Visitors can still see the barbed wire, watchtowers, cramped cells and interrogation rooms in the prison at Hohenschoenhausen where political prisoners were detained. They were sometimes held for years without ever appearing before a court.

Since opening in 1994, the Hohenschoenhausen memorial has received rapidly growing numbers of annual visitors -- from 3,000 that year to nearly 250,000 in 2008.

The opening scene of the Oscar-winning 2006 film Das Leben der Anderen (The Lives of Others) was set in Hohenschoenhausen, although it was not filmed in the real prison.

Merkel's visit was to mark the 20th anniversary of the East German local elections of May 7, 1989. Merkel said the civil rights activists who protested against those rigged elections ushered in the end of the dictatorship.

"May 7 was the beginning of the end of the GDR," Merkel said earlier this week. "In this year of the peaceful revolution we should think of those who showed courage, by revealing the local elections to be a sham, or by escaping the GDR in protest."

After meeting with former prisoners and high school students, Merkel said witness accounts and memorials were crucial so that youngsters who did not personally experience the regime could learn about what it was really like.

Ngươì dân các quôc´gia Đông Âu đã kiên trì tranh đâú cho dân chủ trong cách mạng 1989 :

... Dissent was the one thing that communism could not tolerate. Simply by existing - by holding different views - the dissidents were challenging the state.

They circulated poetry and plays without permission. They organised underground theatre with banned actors and actresses....

Vaclav Havel, the dissident playwright who was to become president, argued that it was important to behave as though they were not oppressed.

The more the state tried to occupy all public space, the more it would be undermined by those who carried out normal activities outside it.

Mr Havel was an influential voice in a debate that shaped the way dissidents behaved across the whole Soviet bloc.

So was Adam Michnik, who had told Poles that a society in captivity must produce an illegal literature if it was to know the truth about itself.

Another was Andrey Sakharov, the Soviet nuclear physicist, who would not be silenced by rewards or punishment.

The common concept was that mental resistance could in time bring down even a totalitarian state ...
