[h=1]SAIGON - PORTE AVIONS DIXMUDE 1952[/h] Dixmude là hàng không mẫu hạm hạng nhẹ của Pháp, nguyên là tàu vận tải hàng hóa được đóng và hạ thủy năm 1940 tại Seattle Tacoma, Hoa Kỳ. Năm 1941 Hải quân Mỹ mua lại và sửa thành tàu sân bay hộ tống, loại mà HQ Mỹ đang rất thiếu. Được chuyển giao cho Hải quân Hoàng gia Anh, tàu mang tên Biter, sau đó đầu năm 1945 tàu được bán cho HQ Pháp, được đổi tên là Dixmude. Từ 1947 tàu tham gia trong nhiều hoạt động của Pháp tại Đông dương, và tham gia trong việc rút quân Pháp khỏi miền Bắc VN trong năm 1954.
