Tôi ghi nhanh vài lời cộng thêm vào bài trên của Kitty. Theo tôi, trading c̣n là 1 nghệ thuật, và nói đến nghệ thuật th́ phải cần năng khiếu.
Các giáo sư âm nhạc, vẽ, bóng đá, v.v... thuờng KHÔNG là những nhạc sĩ tŕnh diễn có tài, nhà hội họa có những tác phẩm để đời, hay một cầu thủ thượng thặng như Pele.
Mà ngược lại, những người thành công trong việc TR̀NH DIỄN th́ lại không thể làm Giáo sư dạy lại, như Maradona từng cố gắng, thất bại thảm hại.
Các theories về trading tuy rất đúng, nhưng khi đụng THỰC TẾ th́ chưa đủ. Cần, nhưng không đủ.
Cái "sixth sense" không thể học cũng không thể dạy, cái CẢM NHẬN thị trường, mặc kệ có đi ngược với các lư thuyết kinh tế, tài chánh, mới chính là điều khác biệt giữa 1 trader b́nh thường, với 1 trader xuất sắc.
Nói khác đi, cho dù hiểu biết rất nhiều, thâm sâu, người ta chỉ có thể trở thành 1 trader b́nh thường nào đó mà thôi, hơn được các benchmarks chừng 3-5% là cao lắm.
Như vậy cũng đủ xài, đủ vào làm tại nhiều cty trading, investment banks rồi, lương vài trăm ngàn đô/ năm.
Muốn qua khỏi lănh vực tầm thường này th́ cần nhiều hơn như vậy, đó là cái sixth sense, cái "cảm nhận" đặc biệt tôi nói như trên.
Điều này là năng khiếu trời ban, nếu ai có được, th́ cộng thêm hiểu biết thâm sâu, có thể trở thành 1 tay trader huyền thoại, như Soros vậy.
Trong thực tế, nhiều traders có khả năng đặc biệt, nhưng trong thời gian rất ngắn. Ví dụ như chỉ 6 tháng, 1 năm ǵ đó, thắng rất lớn. Có người nghỉ, giàu to. Có người thua lại hết, sinh ra chán đời, hận đời, v́ sau này có làm ǵ cũng không được vui.
Nhiều tay chơi pokers cũng rơi vào t́nh trạng này.
