[b]● Căn nhà số 6 Villa des Gobelins và ông Khánh Kư[/b]
Căn nhà số 6 Villa des Gobelins, được coi là "trụ sở" của Hội Người An Nam Yêu Nước, nhiều nơi ghi là địa chỉ của Phan Văn Trường từ 1912, đặc biệt trong bản báo cáo của dự thẩm quan ba Caron, ngày 23/6/1915, với câu: "Sở Mật Thám khám nhà hai ông: không bắt được ǵ tại nhà ông Trường ở 6 Villa des Gobelins. Tại nhà ông Trinh ở 16 Cujas có bắt được một số tư liệu chữ Hán và quốc ngữ"[34].
Trong hồi kư, Phan Văn Trường cho biết: Từ khi sang Pháp cuối năm 1908 đến 1913, cuộc đời ông chia đôi giữa trường Sinh Ngữ Đông Phương, nơi ông dạy học và trường Luật, nơi ông học.
Bắt đầu từ tháng 4/1913, ông nói đến địa chỉ rue Bertholet (PVT, trang 99). Và đến tháng 2/1916, đóng ở Toulouse, khi được nghỉ phép về Paris, ông vẫn ở cái appartement ấy (PVT, trang 168).
1914-1915, đi tù. Ra tù, bị đổi xuống Toulouse, nhưng không ở trong trại lính mà thuê nhà ở riêng, đổi nhà 2 lần, đều ở Phố Taur - Rue du Taur.
Appartement phố Bertholet có lúc cho cháu ở, bị an ninh khám 2 lần, đều giả ăn trộm, lần thứ nhất khi ông vừa nhập ngũ, lần thứ nh́ khi ông đă bị tù trong ngục Cherche-Midi, và mật thám đă lấy đi tất cả tài liệu (PVT, trang 112), cả bài diễn văn Les revendications indigènes - Những thỉnh nguyện của người bản xứ, đọc ở trường Cao Đẳng Xă Hội ngày 13/3/1914, cũng bị tịch thu trong 2 buổi khám nhà này.
Sự nhầm lẫn của Caron có thể giải thích như sau: số 6 Villa des Gobelins là một nhà lầu (immeuble) có nhiều pḥng. Khoảng 1914-1915, có thể ông Khánh Kư đă thuê cho những người đồng hương lỡ bước ở nhờ.
Ông Khánh Kư tên thật là Nguyễn Văn Xuân, là một nhà ái quốc, thợ ảnh và doanh nhân, một trong ba cột trụ của Hội Đồng Bào Thân Ái, là người kinh tài cho tổ chức Yêu Nước ngay từ những ngày đầu, bạn thân của Phan Văn Trường, không hề rời ông Phan, dù ở Paris, Toulouse hay sang Mayence, Đức. Chính ông Khánh Kư đă dạy cho Phan Châu Trinh và Nguyễn Tất Thành nghề ảnh để kiếm sống tại Pháp. Và Nguyễn Như Chuyên -có nhiệm vụ theo dơi Phan Châu Trinh từ trên tàu rời Việt Nam- cũng đă ở số 6 Villa des Gobelins trong thời điểm đó.
V́ vậy mới có sự lầm lẫn trong phúc tŕnh Caron và trong báo cáo của một số chỉ điểm khác. Mà cũng chưa hẳn là nhầm: có thể chính Nguyễn Như Chuyên đă dẫn mật thám đến khám nhà này năm 1914 và bảo đó là nhà của Phan Văn Trường.
Một mật báo của Deveze ngày 29/4/1921 cho biết thêm:
"Hôm qua trong căn hộ của Phan Văn Trường ở 6 Villa des Gobelins đă xẩy ra một cuộc căi cọ dữ dội giữa một bên là Khánh Kư và bên kia là Phan Châu Trinh, Nguyễn Ái Quốc và Tạ Văn Căn. Khánh Kư đă nhân danh Phan Văn Trường cam kết với chủ ngôi nhà, ông Richard, là sẽ trả dần tiền thuê nhà trong 5 năm chiến tranh, nay không thể tiếp tục trả nữa và nói rằng những người ở nhà phải trả nợ đó (...)
Khánh Kư c̣n báo với Phan Châu Trinh là người cháu của Phan Văn Trường là Phan Cao Lu (Lục?) làm cho một ngân hàng tư nhân ở Toulon sẽ đến ở Paris cùng với vợ và một cháu bé và phải giành chỗ ở cho anh ta trong căn hộ. T́nh h́nh đó làm cho Phan Châu Trinh, Tạ Văn Hộ và Nguyễn Ái Quốc rất lo lắng, họ không biết sẽ làm sao ở chung được với gia đ́nh trẻ có một cháu bé như vậy. Do đó họ đă t́m bà gác cổng để hỏi xem trong nhà c̣n nơi nào chưa có người thuê không"[35].
Như vậy, ông Khánh Kư đă thuê căn nhà Villa des Gobelins từ trong chiến tranh, và tới tháng 4/1921, ông báo cho những ai ở đó phải lo trả tiền nhà. Bởi v́ ông đang sửa soạn về nước. Ông về Hà Nội ngày 25/7/1921[36].
Đó là lư do khiến ngày 14/7/1921, Tất Thành phải dọn tới 9 Impasse Compoint. Phan Châu Trinh ở lại đến cuối năm 1921 mới dọn ra 21 Pernety. [b]Có lẽ v́ giận Tất Thành hay làm ẩu nên ông Khánh Kư nói vậy -khi ở Mayence, ông Khánh Kư đă viết thư răn đe Tất Thành nên ăn ở tử tế với ông Trường- chứ ông Trường viết thư cho ông Trinh ngày 27/4/1921 c̣n dặn ḍ: "Tôi đă bảo cho Lục nếu nó cần ở Paris mấy tháng th́ có thể đến căn hộ của tôi nhưng phải để gia đ́nh ở Toulon. Nếu nó đem theo ai th́ anh báo cho tôi.[/b] Roux đến Paris có việc ǵ hay chỉ đến thăm anh"[37].

[b]● Tŕnh độ chính trị của Nguyễn Tất Thành[/b]
Trần Dân Tiên viết: "Lúc ấy, ông Nguyễn là một người yêu nước quyết tâm hy sinh tất cả v́ tổ quốc; nhưng ông Nguyễn lúc đó rất ít hiểu về chính trị, không biết thế nào là công hội, thế nào là băi công và thế nào là chính đảng (...) Ông Nguyễn không đủ tiếng Pháp để viết và phải khẩn khoản yêu cầu ông Phan Văn Trường viết thay. Ông Trường viết giỏi, nhưng không muốn kư tên. Mà chính ông Nguyễn đă phải kư tên những bài báo"[38].
Đoạn này xác định thêm một lần nữa:[b] Nguyễn Tất Thành không biết tiếng Pháp và cũng không hiểu ǵ về chính trị, nhưng những chi tiết này ở các bản tiểu sử chính thức về sau sẽ bị xoá hẳn.[/b] Trần Dân Tiên viết tiếp về việc học viết báo tiếng Pháp:[b] "Nhược điểm về tri thức làm ông Nguyễn rất khó chịu. Nhất là ông Trường không viết tất cả những điều ông Nguyễn muốn nói. V́ vậy, ông Nguyễn bắt tay vào việc học làm báo. Thường lui tới toà báo "Dân Chúng", ông làm quen với những người Pháp khác trong đó có chủ bút tờ "Đời sống thợ thuyền".[/b]
Cũng như ông Lông-ghê, người chủ bút này cũng rất đáng mến. Ông bảo ông Nguyễn viết tin tức cho tờ báo của ông. Biết rằng không thể nhờ ông Trường viết măi, ông Nguyễn nói thật là ḿnh cón kém tiếng Pháp. Người chủ bút nói: "Điều đó không ngại, có thế nào anh viết thế ấy. Tôi sẽ chữa bài của anh trước khi đưa in. Anh không cần viết dài, năm, sáu ḍng cũng được".
Ông Nguyễn bắt đầu viết rất khó khăn. Tin tức về Việt Nam, ông Nguyễn không thiếu. Ông thiếu nhất là văn Pháp (...) Khi thấy viết đă bớt sai lầm, ông chủ bút bảo ông Nguyễn: "Bây giờ anh viết dài hơn một tư, viết độ bảy tám ḍng". Ông Nguyễn viết bảy, tám ḍng. Dần dần, ông Nguyễn có thể viết cả một cột báo và có khi dài hơn. Lúc bấy giờ người chủ bút bạn thân của ông Nguyễn khẽ bảo:"Bây giờ anh viết ngắn lại. Viết từng này hoặc từng này ḍng. Không viết dài hơn"[39].
[b]Việc học tiếng Pháp để viết báo trong vài năm chỉ có thể đưa đến kết quả: Nguyễn Tất Thành có thể viết được vài hàng tin tức. C̣n viết được những bài xă luận kư tên Nguyễn Ái Quốc là một chuyện khác. Nhất là Tất Thành chỉ ở Pháp có 4 năm.[/b]
Tóm lại, phần thành thật trong nhật kư Trần Dân Tiên là nh́n nhận lúc ở Pháp, Tất Thành chưa biết ǵ về chính trị, tiếng Pháp kém và muốn học để viết báo. Nhưng cũng có chỗ không thành thật:[b] v́ ông đă nâng thời điểm Tất Thành đến Pháp từ 1919 lên 1914, để chứng tỏ những việc làm của Phan Văn Trường là Nguyễn Tất Thành làm.[/b] Theo thông tin t́nh báo, ông chơi rất thân với Nguyễn Thế Truyền, người bạn có lúc ở chung với ông, hoặc ngày nào cũng gặp, có lẽ Nguyễn Thế Truyền mới là người đắc lực dạy ông tiếng Pháp.
Ở Hội Nghị Tours, khai mạc ngày 27/12/1920, Nguyễn Tất Thành xuất hiện công khai với cái tên Nguyễn Ái Quốc. Hémery viết: "Nguyễn xoay sở để được mời đi dự Đại Hội đảng Xă Hội ở Tours, [b]nhân danh đại biểu khu 13 của nhóm Xă Hội Đông Dương ma (fantomatique).[/b] Ngày 27/12 anh phát biểu ủng hộ kiến nghị Cachin-Frossard, ủng hộ việc đảng Xă Hội gia nhập Quốc Tế Cộng Sản"[40].
Về Hội Nghị Tours, Trần Dân Tiên viết: [b]"ông Nguyễn lắng nghe nhưng không hiểu rơ lắm, v́ người ta thường nhắc đi nhắc lại những tiếng, những câu: chủ nghiă tư bản, giai cấp vô sản, bóc lột, chủ nghiă xă hội, cách mạng (...) Ông Nguyễn nhức đầu v́ khó hiểu"[41].[/b]
Tuy không hiểu rơ những bàn căi chính trị trong Hội Nghị Tours, nhưng Nguyễn vẫn bỏ phiếu cho Đệ Tam Quốc Tế v́ ông nghĩ: "Đệ Tam Quốc Tế nói sẽ giúp đỡ các dân tộc bị áp bức giành lại tự do và độc lập của họ"[42].
[b]Đoạn này Trần Dân Tiên cũng viết rất thực, nhưng trong cuốn Hồng Hà và các tiểu sử chính thức về sau, những đoạn thành thực như thế sẽ bị xoá hẳn, để thêm vào những đoạn dài mô tả "Bác" đă "nghiên cứu" kỹ càng lư thuyết Mác-Lê trước khi dự Hội Nghị Tours.[/b]
