Chị Tigon à, nếu tôi không lầm chữ "bourbon" dân Cajun phát âm là "burbun" giống như chữ Cajun phát âm sai từ chữ "Acadian" và trong café du monde có món đặc biệt là bánh "beignet".
Nhưng theo tôi ngon nhất ở NO là quán bán bánh mì và pâté chaud VN ở khu Versaille là ngon nhất và một tiệm mì có chơi nhạc sống ở một khu khác.
Đặc biệt nhất là chợ chồm hổm của dân Việt phía sau nhà thờ ngày xưa, sau này chuyển ra phía hông có cả Mỹ trắng ngồi bán gà nữa.Tiếc quá những tấm hình đó bây giờ theo thời gian mất lần,chỉ còn một tấm duy nhất cảnh chợ chồm hổm phía sau nhà thờ mà tôi còn giữ lại được.
