C̣n vài ngày nữa, July 12, là toà án quốc tế sẽ cho biết quyết định của họ về vụ biển Nam Hải của chú 3. Tôi từ trước đến giờ không nghỉ người Tàu xem trọng quyết định này, và tôi cũng nghĩ thêm rằng họ sẽ CHẤP NHẬN trả giá cho vùng biển này bất cứ giá nào, trừ nguyên tử mà thôi. Càng đến gần cận ngày ṭa ra quyết định, TQ càng trở nên thách thức thế giới. Bởi thế cho nên, tôi không nghĩ rằng VN mua vũ khí ǵ đó sẽ làm thay đổi cục diện bao nhiêu. Ngay cả người Mỹ vẫn c̣n gờm TQ hiện tại. TQ biết Mỹ có 1 mức chịu đựng nào đó. Qua khỏi mức đó th́ người Mỹ rút lui, hay kiếm cách khác để bỏ rơi sự việc. Người Tàu hiểu rỏ người Mỹ nhiều hơn người Việt, cả hải ngoại lẫn quốc nội, khi một số người Việt xôn xao mừng rở với thật nhiều hy vọng nghe tin Mỹ hứa bán vũ khi sát thương cho VN. You're in for a rude awakening, I'll say.

Về cái tên gọi "South China Sea"
Okay, this is my take on it... The chinks can call it whatever they like, no one can stop them. Being Vietnamese, it is fairly detrimental and offensive to my nationalistic sense to call a piece of Vietnamese territory by its chink name. Vietnamese should know better.
