Một bà cụ 80 tuổi đến một quán ăn hỏi nhân viên phục vụ:
“Bà chỉ có mười ngàn, bà muốn uống canh.”
Vì bà cụ đã lớn tuổi, nói chuyện nghe không rõ lắm.
Khi đó tôi có thể cảm nhận được sự ngại ngùng của bà, vẻ mặt của bà thiếu điều muốn khóc.
Một lúc sau, nữ phục vụ bưng ra một bát cơm và canh nóng để trước mặt cụ.
Bà cụ nhìn thấy trong cơm có thịt, liền vội nói:
“Bà không cần thịt, bà chỉ có mười ngàn thôi.”
Nữ phục vụ nhỏ nhẹ đáp lại:

Câu chuyện xúc động này đang lan truyền khắp thế giới mạng, khiến nhiều người phải thán phục trước tình mẫu tử thiêng liêng và tinh thần dũng cảm của người Nhật.
Sau khi động đất qua đi, lực lượng cứu hộ bắt đầu các hoạt động tìm kiếm cứu nạn. Và khi họ tiếp cận đống đổ nát từ ngôi nhà của một phụ nữ trẻ, họ thấy thi thể của cô qua các vết nứt.

Cả đội rời đi và tiếp tục cuộc tìm kiếm ở tòa nhà đổ sập bên cạnh. Không hiểu sao, viên đội trưởng cảm thấy như bị một lực hút kéo trở lại ngôi nhà của người phụ nữ. Một lần nữa, anh quỳ xuống và luồn tay qua khe hẹp để tìm kiếm ở k[COLOR="#FF0000"]hoảng không nhỏ bên dưới xác chết. Bỗng nhiên, anh hét lên sung sướng: "Một đứa bé! Có một đứa bé!".[/COLOR]
Cả đội đã cùng nhau làm việc; họ cẩn thận dỡ bỏ những cái cọc trong đống đổ nát xung quanh người phụ nữ. [COLOR="#FF0000"]Có một cậu bé 3 tháng tuổi được bọc trong một chiếc chăn hoa bên dưới thi thể của người mẹ.[/COLOR]

Bác sĩ đã nhanh chóng kiểm tra sức khỏe của cậu bé. Sau khi mở tấm chăn, ông nhìn thấy một điện thoại di động bên trong. Có một tin nhắn trên màn hình, viết: "Nếu con có thể sống sót, con phải nhớ rằng mẹ rất yêu con".

CON ĐỂ DÀNH PHÒNG KHI ĐAU ỐM
Câu chuyện về một bà mẹ già ở Miền Tây, vùng đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long. Chồng mất sớm, bà ở vậy nuôi con được 25 năm. Lúc đứa con gái lớn khôn thành danh ở Mỹ, tháng nào cũng gửi về cho bà một lá thư và 200$ tiêu xài.
Hết xuân này đến xuân kia, cô con gái luôn viện cớ này cớ nọ, không chịu về thăm người mẹ thương yêu. Khi người mẹ mất, cô về làm đáng tang rất to nhưng tuyệt nhiên cô không rơi một giọt nước mắt.
Đến khi mở chiếc rương mà bà cụ luôn để ở đầu giường, bỗng cô òa lên khóc nức nở, ôm lấy quan tài mẹ mình hét lên như điên dại: "Mẹ...Mẹ ơi..."
Mọi người vây nhau xem trong chiếc rương có gì. À, thì ra là những tờ đô-la mới toanh còn buộc dây. Và còn một mảnh giấy đã úa vàng, viết nguệch ngoạc được dán dính lại với tấm hình cô con gái lúc mới lọt lòng:
"Tiền nhiều quá, mẹ xài không hết con à. Mẹ nhớ con lắm, mỗi khi nghe tiếng xe ông-đa (honda) là mẹ chạy ra. Lần nào cũng không phải là con hết. Số tiền này mẹ để lại cho con, CON ĐỂ DÀNH PHÒNG KHI ĐAU ỐM nghe con."
Cô con gái đã có tất cả những gì một người phụ nữ có thể có: tiền, danh vọng, địa vị, chồng thành đạt, con ngoan. [B]Nhưng cô đã mất một điều vô cùng thiêng liêng: [COLOR="#FF0000"]MẸ! [/COLOR][/B]
