The evidence is ample: the family of most VNCH generals lived very poorly both in VN after 1975 and in the US now. There are no reasons for them to hide their illegal money now.
I was told, first-handedly, by many VN generals that they took something like some tons of rice, some packages of condensed milk, some rolls of barbed wire, etc., but those were for dead soldiers' family, their children, or live soldiers' food and beer.
The briberies were never enough for them to stash away in foreign banks to buy a manson or anything close to that.
